Can I join your trade programme?

If you’d like to become a member of our trade programme, sign up here and you’ll be able to shop directly on our trade portal with a 20% discount on retail prices. 


How do I order swatches and fabrics?

You can place orders for swatches and fabrics directly through the portal with your trade discount applied. 


Do you charge for swatches?

Most of our swatches are free but we do have to charge for some to cover our overheads. We hope this encourages you to be thoughtful and intentional about the swatches you specify for a project and only order what you think you’ll need. 


How soon will I get my order?

All orders for swatches and products will ship immediately via USPS. We have a number of fabrics in stock to ship immediately (exact quantities are listed in each product page) and everything else is printed to order. For fabrics that are printed to order, our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks but we can sometimes ship sooner. 


Can you help me figure out how much yardage / wallpaper I’ll need for a project? 

We suggest you ask your fabricator or installer how much fabric you’ll need for your project as they would be best placed to see you in person, measure the area and make recommendations on quantities. 


How do I order fabric / wallpaper from the Schumacher x CZH collaborated collection? 

For this collection, you can order directly through Schumacher by emailing info@fsco.com


Do you do custom orders? 

Due to our current production volumes, we're not able to do custom orders. This includes making custom pillows (sizes, bolsters etc) from fabric you’ve purchased from us. If you’re in NYC, we recommend Stitchroom for custom drapery and pillows and H&A in Red Hook, Brooklyn for upholstery.

If you’re not able to make to a showroom in person, you can order swatches and yardage online here. Please note minimum yardage orders are 3 yards and our timelines are 4-6 weeks for any fabrics we don't have in stock.  

Shipping & Returns

We ship all our orders UPS ground within the US. A $5 flat-rate shipping fee will be applied to all orders under 10 lbs. A $15 flat-rate shipping fee will be charged for all orders over 10 lbs (except orders of 2+ pillows) which will be charged at $35 shipping to account for volume. Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. Depending on your location, it should arrive within 5-7 business days. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns but we are happy to offer exchanges. Please email info@carolinezhurley.com to process your exchange. All fabric, artwork and any custom orders are final sale. 

For out-of-stock products, will you be making more? How about out-of-stock artworks?

We are transitioning away from making products to only produce fabric-by-the-yard so the products on the website now will be the last! Snap them up while you still can. Caroline continues to create artworks year round. If you sign up to our newsletter, you’ll be the first to know when these go on sale. 


Do you ever have sales?

Yes, we do! Our sales are limited to twice a year, but our newsletter subscribers receive early access and special deals. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to find out about exclusive online sales and sample sales in our studio.

Do you do partnerships and collaborations?

We are really lucky to work with some amazing partners including Schumacher, Madewell and Ozma. We are always looking for innovative and exciting brands to work with. Linen Pillows & Fabric

Wash cold and hang dry. If you like your linen a little more worn-in, throw it in the dryer on low heat - it will get cozy and soft real quick.

Wear and Tear

We design our pieces with the notion that they will be used often and there is no need to treat them delicately. Each block-printed linen piece is washed before printing, heat set and then washed again as part of the quality control process. For our throws, quilts & rugs, wash cold & hang dry or tumble dry for that extra cozy, worn-in feel. Over time some of the patterns may fade slightly but this is part of the design and part of what we feel gives the pieces personality. Like a well-loved pair of jeans, we like to think our products get even better over time.

For our fabric by the yard and pillows, as these aren't pre-washed, we recommend dry clean only.
